Welcome Shelby to the Open World team!

OWC want to take a moment and extend a BIG thank you to Shelby, the creator of each of the incredible designs for our Resolutions campaign. Shelby and I met at orientation for new Freshmen at the University of Kansas in July 2011. Despite being told throughout orientation that we’d never see anyone from orientation again (there were only 32 students in an orientation group at a college with 27,000 students), Shelby and I stayed close friends and bonded over our passion for educational activism, creative projects, and a dream to travel someday.

Shelby based her design portfolio off of potential designs for Open World Cause. Her portfolio has already added a professional and creative style to our organization. Shelby has accepted a position to be OWC’s Shelby is pursuing a degree in Graphic Design at The University of Kansas. Shelby's creativity and determination has already done so much for our cause, and we cannot wait to see where our partnership goes from here! Thanks again, Shelby!
